"NON-PERTURBATIVE PHENOMENA AND SOLITONS"

16-20.06.2025, Krakow

The letures will concern topological and non-topological solitons and their applications in the fundamental theories (Quantum Chromodynamics, Electroweak Theory), nuclear physics, astrophysics and cosmology.

We plan  lectures and tutorials given by the outstanding specialists in the field:

  • - Jose Juan Blanco Pillado: Cosmic Strings
  • - Jarah Evslin: Quantum Solitons
  • - Gyula Fodor: Oscillons
  • - Sven Bjarke Gudnason: Solitons in Fundamental Theories
  • - Paul Saffin: Q-balls
  • - Martin Speight: Vortices - moduli space and dynamics
  • - Chris Halcrow: Numerical Methods for soliton - tutorials
